The Dietary Department prepares the special diets for the hospitals patients and provides meals for employees and patient family members. Most meals are cooked from scratch by experienced dietary staff, individualizing the diet as the physicians order.
A Certified Dietary Manager is in house Monday through Friday to help answer any questions you may have. We also have a Registered Dietitian on call on request for inpatient assessments and consultations. We strive to offer each patient a balanced diet with their likes and dislikes in mind.
